Q1: Can you provide fabric color cards or A4-sized samples?

Yes, we can provide fabric color cards with palm-sized swatches. The shipping cost will be borne by you. All colors on the color card are in stock.

 

Q2: Is color customization available?

Yes, existing styles can be customized in color. Please provide fabric samples, Pantone color numbers and pictures. We will complete the customization within 3-5 working days.

 

Q3: What are the specifications of bulk fabric?

Our fabrics are sold by roll. Each roll is approximately 180 cm in length, with an outer diameter of about 25 cm and an inner paper tube diameter of about 4.5 cm. The paper tube weighs 0.6 kg.

 

Q4: Will there be color differences between different production batches?

Slight color variations may occur between different batches of the same material and color. The dyeing factory will control color difference within a reasonable range during the dyeing process.

 

Q5: Will there be any deviation in fabric weight?

Yes, fabric weight refers to the weight per square meter, in g/m². Due to fabric characteristics, the actual weight of bulk goods may vary by ±5%.

In addition, different products use different processes during dyeing, finishing and setting. Therefore, when measuring fabric weight, please refer to the value measured by a fabric weight scale.

 

Q6: What should be noted after receiving the goods?

Please cut fabrics according to different dyeing lots. If you have requirements for shrinkage, white proofing or subsequent processing, please test a sample first. Fabrics are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after cutting.
